Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA to provide direct, one-on-one ABA services. In this role, the RBT is responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction. RBTs also collect accurate data, support client progress, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care.
